Hmm, I suppose it's useful if money is no object and you don't like doing things yourself, but seven hundred bucks? At $99 all-in (and $29 for the starter) I think there might be a great future for something like this; as it is, you can go to http://knowem.com, and do it yourself for free.

The difference between free, and a little work - particularly when you only really need to worry about a small amount of these social media sites - and $700 for somebody to do it for you is far too vast IMO. It's a shame as it's a nice looking product - perhaps some of the medium-sized brands looking to quickly get established might have an interest.

Sheamus, I agree. I've had some talks with Arron K, and I'm not sure I entirely understand the business model just yet, and especially not the pricing on this product. Then again, I'm on the outside looking in, so as you suggest, perhaps some medium-sized brands might take to the larger offering.

However, my concern is that medium- to large-brands are really not utilizing social media in the correct fashion as a rule, and the iterations I'm beginning to see on Facebook and Twitter are rather empty attempts at community participation.

I can only relate this to my own experiences, so this is not quantitative in any shape or fashion. I just think of the fact that I have accounts in a few places, but have long since quit trying to spread myself so thin across so many services and focus on those I see the most value in.

In saying all this - I might be a little odd though ;-) I thank you for your thoughts, and welcome any other feedback on this front.

    Warmest Regard,
    K

This could be a timesaver - but the way they offer their product it's pretty worthless - because you don't get to upload an avatar, which is one of the most important elements on all social networks. Plus: a short description text wouldn't hurt, either. And in terms of pricing I agree with Sheamus.

I agree with Sheamus and have used knowem as well. In fact, I need to use it more often. Louis, I love the LiveStream option, though I don't currently have a website so can't use it right now. It's all about connecting across the 'net with people/organizations you admire and trust and those programs that can aggregate all are what I'm looking forward to most in the near future.

I entirely agree with Sheamus. It's probably an extremely cost effective marketing strategy that allows you to utilize their services, build networks, and engage with your clients. Unlike with other strategic method of marketing promotion off and on screen commercial that takes several days or weeks to produce, it provides an direct connection between you and your target audience.

Little bit on the expensive side, since KnowEm.com has been doing this service for months at a MUCH cheaper rate. $64.95 for 120 sites seems a bit more reasonable.
