Even if you're not an Oracle user, the blog has some good observations on social media and enterprise environments. Although they won't talk about Oracle confidential information (don't ask about Sun), Jake and the others offer some insights in the issues involved when an older company tries to engage its users via social media.&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">John E.
