I attempted to show them how to utilize social media and the PR person did not want to hear what I had to say. I set up a twitter, friendfeed, grousite, picaso, and connected the twitter to the completely dead facebook group for my job. USA Today listed our twitter in their travel blog within the first 2 months our twitter went active.
