I was thinking about this more (post Disqus comment) and the mid-20th century line occurred to me: "Would you buy a used car from this man?" In Louis' case, he would. :)

Does it have a blogging dashboard inside? :)

Umm, doesn't Toyota make the Prius? :)

    Blasphemy

Louis congratulation on your new purchase.

PS: I can see that you're really not into cars. The Prius is a hybrid manufactured by Toyota.

I know the Prius is a Toyota model. It's a matter of either writing too quick or too late in the day. Judging by the tweets and this, it's the most popular thing to correct I have seen in a while.

I realize that the license plate in the BMW picture was edited due to privacy concerns, but I'd still like to speculate about the vanity license plate number that an early adopter (or now TWO early adopters) would use. My guess is "SHNYNU."

Coincidentally, I'm working on a blog post (based upon David Risley's experience with the Better Business Bureau) that briefly looks at the tension between referring to certified sources (a car dealer would be an example) vs. using the crowd. However, I failed to look at one case - what if a source is certified in one area (in Scoble's case, as a recognized expert in business and personal use of social media tools) but is completely uncertified in a completely different area (I assume that he does not have any license as a car dealer)?

Luke, the post is edited re Toyota. A quick slip. As for that saying, John, on Tuesday I told Robert I just might do that, with his photo. I clearly chose not to.

Good choice to not adopt that decades-old phrase. Robert is not a crook!

Nice catch! Great car and I love that you leveraged social networking to get the best car for the best price! There are angles to on-line interaction that haven't been measured yet!

Congratulations, Louis! That old Tracer was a faithful car, but it needed a rest...

I love my beamer (cant wait to get it rolling again! it's 4000 miles away!) I think you'll love that car. Can hardly find a more comfortable car to drive in that a BMW.

Robert was driving me home once in the BMW and I asked if this was the car you were going to by - he said yes, and tell him how good it is :)

I'm selling my 1999 BMW 750i (black w/black leather interior). I wonder if I put a @LynetteRadio sticker on the back window if I can up my asking price? ;) Best of luck with your new car, it's a beauty!

I figured, just thought I'd bring it to your attention

Nice ride there Mr. Gray - congrats. Find anything interesting left in the glove? :)

Ok, but HOW MUCH? Have you paid with money or with Friendfeed friends? :-)

We should flip this headline. I say that Scoble used to drive Louis Gray's car, and not the other way around :)
