I'm hoping Tweetdeck and Seesmic bring in the ability to convert existing groups to twitter lists. It would be a huge pain to move users over one at a time. Tweetdeck hinted in their last post they may do this.

So finally Seesmic become the first twitter client to
add twitter list feature, I'm still waiting for tweetdeck to roll out this feature since its my fav one.
