You are so right FF is easy for someone who is an internet junkie like us, but you throw a newbie into FF or something similar &amp;amp; they will be so lost and turned off. Yet if you took that same newbie they most likely could catch on quickly to twitter.  However, I have also sent a few newbies to twitter and they don't get it.... yet!
