Until I saw your name on the bottom of the page I thought I was reading a piece from Louis! I did have to scratch my head when you mentioned posting pictures, which I don't think Louis spends most of his day doing. Great piece and I look forward to reading more of your work. See you on FF.

Mona, your curiosity about the things around you and your willingness to share your gift sets you apart from those that A. simply don't have "it" and B. might have "it" but have allowed the rest of the world to rent space in their heads. (they have agenda not directly compatible with intellectual or social honesty)

Your ability to resist the temptation to allow those same forces to creep into your psyche, as evidenced by your loyalty to your "brand" (to thine own self be true) seems effortless, yet given the things that we see on the net every day--the glazed-eyed rantings of the lunatic fringe--I know that maintenance of the self requires daily effort.

Therefore I hereby applaud you.
