That's me... always coming in behind Scoble at everything! ;) I just checked mine... fully 51% of my Tweets are replies. I'm nearing 80 for my top two. ;)

Looked at this a while back, they've added some nice graphs. Differences between my usage and yours:
1. @replies = 66%. My Apr Tweet frequency = 180 vs. your 131. I'm at 6/day but only 2 broadcast tweets/day.
2. hourly breakout is more even. I have 3 groups of people I follow and Tweet at: China-related peeps, travel-related, and general social media fanboys. What I like about Twitter is @dannysullivan (SEO luminary in UK) going to sleep at 2 pm in the afternoon PDT (until he moves) and @DavidFeng (my China co-blogger) waking up at 5 pm.

Interesting stuff at least for those self-reflective, narcisstic data junkies like ourselves.
