    I need something that works also with Friendfeed and is a native OS X app (I'm currently reading the Cocoa & Objective-C stuff on Apple's Dev Center to build one on my own).

    I really like this and I'm happy that it doesn't FriendFeed integration (more clutter) - with Greasemonkey, the web version is still the best. With summize included, this app is very handy!

    I really like getting something that's delightful in some way when it first turns on. For me, "Twitter Status: Pretty much ok" seems like a nice human touch and made me smile.

    Louis, Great find! This is the best desktop client that I have found so far. Although I wish some of the twhirl features like showing direct messages, being able to follow people from the client, and of course, friend feed were incorporated here.

    TweetDeck is indeed a slick Twitter client, although the possibility to minimize the program as tray icon is missing for now.

    This is pretty awesome app, I test drove it last night, but I somehow find myself going back to the web interface when not on my mobile phone ;)

    Louis, I think that TweekDeck is fantastic so far. I now have a third column with "people I know more personally" let's say, as well as @ replies and "everybody" - fantastic. Maybe the only think it's missing at this point is a selection of cool skin?

    Yeah - cool - I think I'm gonna have to get this - except for 2 problems: 1. AIR always seems to be pretty rough on my old-style mac mini that has turned into my entertainment/twitter box and 2. where will I find room on my desktop for such a huge app?
