Toluu is very very good (thank you to Louis for sending invite).

It's like Stumbleupon for feeds, but better in the sense that it is better organized and easier to find the sources (people) that you want (although this could still be easier) leading to the content to be discovered (navigating around by matches is also fun, and can get one to the same place or further but takes a little more time).

Sarah Parez noted in his article Toluu use the technique called "collaborative filtering" to help to make the recommendations. I'm curious about that. I'd love to give it a run. If you have an invite to spare. :)
