Wow. Quite a nice non-tech approach for a tech summary. But then after the technolgy is stripped away, its the same old business of dealing with people.

A minor technical correction: Java is indeed a standard (an ISO one), but PHP is far from being a standard. It's just a popular language. And speaking of improvements, I wouldn't mind if Flash would become a real open standard.

claim to be an expert in all fields, and I know that you are certainly
right here where I was making a guess. It will happen often in the
