A sign of a strong company is one that can be critical of itself, and we're our #1 critic.

I use our site, but if something doesn't work or isn't useful I can shout across the room to Jason and we can talk about it. John, Kalong, and Wookie talk to our community every single day and do the same for them.

Thank you for telling your readers about Strands, because a lot of the great feedback for these updates came from them!!!!

Re: louisgray.com: Strands Upgrades to Highlight Friend's Updates, Content Sharing

I would like to be an evangelist for Strands and help them reach people who are not early adopters. Personally, I think it's a lot easier to use and more intuitive than Friendfeed. But I need to get my friends there for it to be meaningful, although I must admit I love sampling the musical taste of total strangers:-)

Re: louisgray.com: Strands Upgrades to Highlight Friend's Updates, Content Sharing

Thanks for the review, Louis! I should also add that many of the recent improvements have come from feedback we've received from our early user base. So, thanks to them for helping us along the way!!
