I am new to Netflix and love the service. Does anyone know more into the business model and how they can make a deal with all these different companies as well as the postal service? I am so curious to learn about the behind the scenes of everything.

I'm looking forward to this as well. Currently when I want to stream on Netflix I'll browse the catalog in Firefox or Chrome and then paste the desired video's URL into IE for solid viewing. It's pretty silly.
