I too have a Mint.com account but it largely sits dormant because I can't track everything comprehensively like I can with Yodlee - I even have my AT&T account setup @ Yodlee.

Re: louisgray.com: Mint's Addition of Investment Details Makes It My One Stop Financial Hub

I recommend looking at Buxfer, give them a try. Fast, easy, I love it.

Re: louisgray.com: Mint's Addition of Investment Details Makes It My One Stop Financial Hub

Yodlee does a little more than mint (like accumulating all your bills, etc). I don't use Yodlee very much though because their interface suck.
I ran into another bug with mint this week. My bank sent me a new credit card this week. Now all my credit card transactions are duplicated on mint. Hiding the old card transactions mean that I have to recategorize all my transactions again. Mails to their support has come back with standard "tips to reset password" , "tips to hide accounts" :) They are probably getting more feedback than they can handle.

My suggestion to them was to allow hiding an account between a time period. So hide all transactions on my old card from May01 and hide all transactions on my new card before May01. That way I don't have duplicate transactions and I wouldn't have to re-categorize my old ones either.
Posting here in the hope that someone from mint will read this and get it done. I have started to get dependant on mint now. :)

Re: louisgray.com: Mint's Addition of Investment Details Makes It My One Stop Financial Hub

Louis, absolutely brilliant post about Mint - my thoughts exactly. I've always felt that banking sites weren't up to it, but Mint is great. Unfortunately they're not in Europe yet, which means that only my "dormant" US accounts are on it - and a lot of the appeal of the product for me is to tag every last cent of spending, etc. I can't wait until they come here.
