I love iShoot. I haven't gone on a marathon game yet, but I just might now.

Oooh - that would be addicting. I was addicted to Scorched Earth in the 90's.

With iShoot and SimCity on iPhone, all we need is Civilization and we'll never get anything done again!

I know I've been waiting for Civ to come to the iPhone! Word on the street is Oregon Trail is coming!

There's an old school game back on DOS called Gorillas that was the same type of game that I was addicted to in middle school. Also a worms type of game on the PC that is similar. I love these types of games, don't have an iphone but may get one just for this reason.

iShoot is just the latest in a series of applications that have caused developers to strike it rich thanks to the App Store. The full version of iShoot includes 25 weapons, photorealistic landscapes, drivable tanks, and more money with which to buy weapons. As with many other App Store success stories, iShoot is an example of how even folks who are new to the platform can not only support themselves, but make money too.
