Google Expands Web Elements With Reader, Translate, Orkut
The best part of this experience has been how many people are involved. From the beginning folks on FriendFeed and other bloggers have been giving me input and ideas. In the past 48 hours, I've talked with half a dozen people to get the badge working on both versions of Blogger, Tumblr (was requested via FriendFeed), and a FeedBurner FeedFlare (requested via Twitter).
This was a lot of fun and, I think it's fair to say, a big win for the community.
Crowdsourcing development has a bright future. We've only seen the beginning.
