They have clearly earned that right through their great products, but if something does go wrong. I'm sure you will see them up and running socially soon.

Re: louisgray.com: Admiring Companies That Don't Blink

(We're good now, by the way. Louis replied last night.)

Re: louisgray.com: Admiring Companies That Don't Blink

How geeky is it of me that the title of this great post reminds me of a Doctor Who episode?

Re: louisgray.com: Admiring Companies That Don't Blink

This reminds me of Shyftr. They're always listening, fully willing to help me fix something that's wrong without making me wait, but they're busier improving their offering than they are hanging out on Twitter. When everyone started pointing fingers at them and making them the scapegoat for comments not on the original blog, they hunkered down, did something about it, then responded.

In my talks with the Shyftr crew, I marvel at how much they have done with so little, and part of that is their focus on the task at hand. As Apple knows, make a great product, and the users will come.

Re: louisgray.com: Admiring Companies That Don't Blink

Mike's article was great. And you did answer my Jan 22 email, but everything since then has gone unanswered. :-(

Re: louisgray.com: Admiring Companies That Don't Blink

Bruce, I answer your e-mails. It didn't work. ;-)

Re: louisgray.com: Admiring Companies That Don't Blink

I think what has been perceived as arrogance by the TwitterDudes, is focus, aka a company
that decided not to blink anymore :)
